Archduchess Anna of Austria (16 August 1573 – 10 February 1598) was Queen of Poland and Sweden as the first consort of King Sigismund III Vasa.

- Anna Maria Vasa (23 May 1593 – 9 February 1600) died young.
- Katarzyna Vasa (19 April 1594 – 16 May 1594) died young.
- Władysław IV of Poland (9 June 1595 – 20 May 1648) married (1) Cecilia Renata of Austria and had issue. Married (2) Marie Louise Gonzaga and had issue.
- Katarzyna Vasa (27 September 1596 – 2 June 1597) died young.
- Krzysztof Vasa (10 February 1598 – 10 February 1598) died young.
