Antonio Farnese, Duke of Parma (29 November 1679 – 20 Januar 1731) was the last and eighth Farnese Duke of Parma and Piacenza till his death.
Marriage[edit]
On 5 February 1728, Prince Antonio married Enrichetta d'Este, a daughter of his cousin Duke Rinaldo of Modena. The couple had no children together which caused a succession crisis and and he was succeeded by Infante Carlos of Spain who was the eldest son of his niece Queen Isabel of Spain. When Isabel died in 1766, the House of Farnese went extinct.
