Archduke Maximilian of Austria (Maximilian Eugen Ludwig Friedrich Philipp Ignatius Josef Maria; 13 April 1895 – 19 January 1952) was a member of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine and brother of the Emperor Charles I of Austria.

On 29 November 1917, he married Princess Franziska of Hohenlohe-Waldenburg-Schillingsfürst.
Issue[edit]
- Archduke Ferdinand of Austria (6 December 1918 – 6 August 2004) married Countess Helene of Törring-Jettenbach and had issue.
- Archduke Heinrich of Austria (7 January 1925 – 20 March 2014) married Countess Ludmilla von Galen and had issue.
