Augustus III of Poland (17 October 1696 - 5 October 1763) was King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania from 1733 until 1763, as well as Elector of Saxony in the Holy Roman Empire where he was known as Frederick Augustus II.

- Prince Joseph August of Saxony, Electoral Prince of Saxony (24 October 1721 - March 1728) died in infancy.
- Prince Friedrich August, Electoral Prince of Saxony (18 November 1720 - 22 January 1721) died in infancy.
- Frederick Christian, Elector of Saxony (5 September 1722 – 17 December 1763) married Maria Antonia of Bavaria and had issue.
- unknown (1723) died in infancy.
- Princess Maria Amalia of Saxony (24 November 1724 – 27 September 1760) married Charles III of Spain and had issue.
- Princess Maria Margaretha of Saxony 13 September 1727 – 1 February 1734) died in infancy.
- Princess Maria Anna Sophia of Saxony 29 August 1728 – 17 February 1797) married Maximilian III Joseph, Elector of Bavaria but had no issue.
A stillborn daughter (16 August 1729)
- Princess Maria Josepha of Saxony (4 November 1731 – 13 March 1767) married Louis of France, Dauphin of France and had issue, and was the mother of Louis XVI of France.
- Prince Karl of Saxony, Duke of Courland (13 July 1733 – 16 June 1796) married Franciszka Krasińska and had issue.
A stillborn son (17 March 1734)
- Princess Maria Christina of Saxony 12 February 1735 – 19 November 1782) never married, was a nun.
- Maria Elisabeth of Saxony 2 February 1736 – 24 December 1818) never married.
- Prince Albert Kasimir of Saxony, Duke of Teschen (11 July 1738 – 10 February 1822) married Airchduchess Maria Christina of Austria and had issue.
- Prince Clemens Wenzeslaus of Saxony (28 September 1739 – 27 July 1812) never married but was Archbishop-Elector of Trier.
- Princess Maria Kunigunde of Saxony (10 November 1740 – 8 April 1826) never married.
