Karoline Auguste of Bavaria (Karoline Charlotte Auguste ; 8 February 1792 – 9 February 1873) was an Empress consort of Austria by marriage to Francis I of Austria. A daughter of King Maximilian I Joseph of Bavaria and Princess Augusta Wilhelmine of Hesse-Darmstadt. She married Crown Prince Wilhelm of Württemberg, whom she divorced, and later later remarried Emperor Francis I of Austria.
