Chantal de Chevron

Chantal de Chevron (Chantal Françoise Marie Camille; 10 January 1925 – 24 May 2005) was the wife of Prince Ferdinando of the Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, a Bourbon of the Two Sicilies prince and claimant tae headship of the Royal House of the Two Sicilies, which was deposed in 1860.

Chantal was the daughter of Joseph Pierre de Chevron, Count of Villette, and his wife, Marie de Colbert-Cannet.

Marriage edit

Chantal married Prince Ferdinando, only son of Prince Ranieri, Duke of Castro by his wife Countess Maria Carolina Zamoyska, on 23 July 1949 in Giez. Chantal and Ferdinando had three children.

Issue edit

  1. Princess Béatrice of the Two Sicilies (born 16 June 1950) married Charles, Prince Napoléon and had issue.
  2. Princess Anne of the Two Sicilies (born 24 April 1957) married Jacques Cochin and had issue.
  3. Prince Carlo of the Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro (born 24 February 1963) married Camilla Crociani and had issue.
