Cosimo III de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany (14 August 1642 – 31 October 1723) was the penultimate Grand Duke f Tuscany. He reigned from 1670 till 1723. He was a member of the House of Medici he married Marguerite Louise d'Orléans, a first cousin of King Louis XIV of France.

- Ferdinando de' Medici, Grand Prince of Tuscany (9 August 1663 – 31 October 1713) married Violante Beatrice of Bavaria but had no children.
- Anna Maria Luisa de' Medici (11 August 1667 – 18 February 1743) married Johann Wilhelm, Elector Palatine but had no children.
- Gian Gastone de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany (24 May 1671 – 9 July 1737) married Anna Maria Franziska of Saxe-Lauenburg but had no children.
