Ferdinand I of the Two Sicilies (Ferdinando Antonio Pasquale Giovanni Nepomuceno Serafino Gennaro Benedetto;12 January 1751 – 4 January 1825) was the the first King of the Two Sicilies from 1816, after his restoration following victory in the Napoleonic Wars. Afore that he had been, since 1759, Ferdinand IV of the Kingdom of Naples and Ferdinando III of the Kingdom of Sicily. He was also the King of Gozo. He was deposed twice from the throne of Naples: once again by the revolutionary Parthenopean Republic for six months in 1799 and again by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1805.

  1. Maria Theresa of Naples and Sicily (6 June 1772 – 13 April 1807) married Francis II, Holy Roman Emperor and had issue.
  2. Princess Luisa of Naples and Sicily (27 July 1773 – 19 September 1802) married Ferdinand III, Grand Duke of Tuscany and had issue.
  3. Prince Carlo Tito of Naples and Sicily, Duke of Calabria died young.
  4. Maria Anna of Naples and Sicily 23 November 1775 – 22 February 1780) died young.
  5. Prince Franceso of Naples and Sicily (later King Francesco I) 19 August 1777 – 8 November 1830) married Maria Clementina of Austria and had issue. Remarried María Isabella of Spain and had issue.
  6. Maria Cristina of Naples and Sicily 17 January 1779 – 11 March 1849) married Charles Felix of Sardinia but had no issue.

  14. Leopoldo of Naples and Sicily, Prince of Salerno (2 July 1790 – 10 March 1851) married Maria Clementina of Austria and had issue.
