Jacques of Savoy, 2nd Duke of Nemours 12 October 1531 – 18 June 1585) was a Franco-Savoyard nobleman and was Duke of Nemours and member of the Nemours cadet branch of the House of Savoy.

On 29 April 1566, he married Anna d'Este, daughter of Ercole II d'Este, Duke of Ferrara and Renée of France, a daughter of King Louis XII of France)
Issue[edit]
- Charles Emmanuel of Savoy, 3rd Duke of Nemours (7 February 1567 – 15 August 1595) never married.
- Henri of Savoy, 4th Duke of Nemours (2 November 1572 – 10 July 1632) married Princess Anne of Lorraine (daughter of Charles of Lorraine, 3rd Duke of Aumale) and had issue.
