Louis Alexandre de Bourbon, Prince of Lamballe (Louis Alexandre Joseph Stanislas; 6 September 1747 – 6 May 1768) was the only surviving son and later heir of Louis Jean Marie de Bourbon, Duke of Penthièvre, himself a grandson of King Louis XIV by the king's legitimised son by Madame de Montespan; Louis Alexandre de Bourbon, Count of Toulouse. Louis Alexandre was known as the Prince of Lamballe (Prince de Lamballe) from birth. He died afore his father, an had no children. Dying as a result of venereal disease in 1768, his sister Louise Marie Adélaïde inherited their father's vast fortune. He was buried at the Royal Chapel of Dreux in France.

His father chose his bride, the Italian Princess Maria Luisa Teresa of Savoy "Mademoiselle de Carignan".
Princess Maria Luisa wis a daughter of Louis Victor of Savoy, Prince of Carignano (himself descended from King Victor Amadeus II of Sardinia) Princess Maria Luisa's mother was Princess Christine of Hesse-Rotenburg (herself a sister of Queen Polyxena of Sardinia)
The wedding celebration lasted from 17 January 1767, until 27 January However after a few months of happiness, Louis Alexandre resumed his promiscuity and eloped with Mademoiselle de La Chassaigne, an opera dancer.
