Ludwig Günther II, of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (also known as Louis Günther IV), (22 October 1708 – 29 August 1790) was the ruling prince of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt from 1767 until his death.

On 22 October 1733, he married Countess Sophie Henrietta Reuss-Untergreiz (1711-1771) in Greiz.
