Louis Victor o Savoy, (4th) Prince of Carignano (25 September 1721 – 16 December 1778) was the head of the Carignano cadet branch of the House of Savoy as well as the father of the Princesse de Lamballe the close friend of Marie Antoinette both murdered in the French Revolution.

On 4 May 1740 Louis Victor married Princess Christine of Hesse-Rotenburg.

- Princess Charlotte of Savoy (17 August 1742 - 20 February 1794) nun.
- Victor Amadeus II, Prince of Carignano (31 October 1743 - September 1780) married Princess Joséphine of Lorraine and had children.
- Princess Leopolda of Savoy (21 December 1744 – 17 April 1807) married Andrea Doria Pamphilj Landi, 13th Prince of Melfi, and had issue.
- Princess Polyxena of Savoy (31 October 1746 - 20 December 1762) named in honour of her aunt Queen Polyxena of Sardinia but died unmarried.
- Princess Gabriella of Savoy (17 May 1748 - 10 April 1828) married Ferdinand Philipp, 6th Prince of Lobkowicz and had issue.
- Princess Maria Luisa Teresa of Savoy (8 September 1749 – 3 September 1792) married Louis Alexandre de Bourbon, Prince of Lamballe but had no issue.
- Prince Tommaso (Turin, 6 March 1751 - 23 July 1753)
- Prince Eugenio Ilarione of Savoy, Count of Villafranca (21 October 1753 - 30 June 1785) married Élisabeth Anne Magon and had children.
- Princess Caterina of Savoy (4 April 1762 - 4 September 1823) married Filippo Giuseppe Francesco Colonna, 9th Prince of Paliano and had issue.
