Don Luis María de Borbón y Vallabriga (22 May 1777 – 19 March 1823), son of a morganatic marriage of Infante Luis, Count of Chinchón, and wife María Teresa de Vallabriga. He was the 14th Count of Chinchón (1785–1803) Grandee of Spain First Class (4 August 1799) he served as regent of Spain from March 8, 1813 – May 10 , 1814 for Ferdinand VII of Spain. Created Archbishop of Seville en 1799 and then of Toledo in 1800. Pope Pius VII also created him a cardinal on 11 August 1800.
