Maria Carolina of Austria (Maria Carolina Louise Josepha Johanna Antonia; 13 August 1752 – 8 September 1814) was Queen of Naples and Sicily as the wife of King Ferdinand I of the Two Sicilies. As de facto ruler of her husband's kingdoms, Maria Carolina oversaw the promulgation of many reforms and made Naples a police state. The favourite sibling of Marie Antoinette, Maria Carolina's granddaughter married the future Bonaparte pretender.

- Maria Theresa of Naples and Sicily (6 June 1772 – 13 April 1807) married Francis II, Holy Roman Emperor and had issue.
- Luisa of Naples and Sicily (27 July 1773 – 19 September 1802) married Ferdinando III, Grand Duke of Tuscany and had issue.
- Prince Carlo Tito of Naples and Sicily, Duke of Calabria died young.
- Maria Anna of Naples and Sicily 23 November 1775 – 22 February 1780) died young.
- Prince Franceso of Naples and Sicily (later King Francesco I) 19 August 1777 – 8 November 1830) married Maria Clementina of Austria and had issue. Remarried María Isabella of Spain and had issue.
- Maria Cristina of Naples and Sicily 17 January 1779 – 11 March 1849) married Prince Carlo Felice, Duke of Genoa (future King Carlo Felice) but had no issue.
