Maria Isabella of Spain (María Isabel; 6 Julie 1789 – 13 September 1848) was an infanta of Spain by birth and a Queen consort of the Two Sicilies by marriage. A member of the Bourbons of Spain she was born Maria Isabel whn she created a Dame of the Order of Noble Ladies of Queen Maria Luisa in 1792.

  1. Princess Luisa Carlotta of the Two Sicilies 24 October 1804 – 29 January 1844) married Infante Francisco de Paula of Spain and had issue.
  2. Maria Christina of the Two Sicilies (27 April 1806 – 22 August 1878) married Ferdinand VII of Spain and had issue.
  3. Ferdinand II of the Two Sicilies (12 January 1810 – 22 May 1859) married twice and had issue.
  4. Prince Carlo Ferdinando of the Two Sicilies, Prince of Capua (10 November 1811 – 22 April 1862) married Penelope Smyth but he had no legitimate children.
  5. Prince Leopoldo of the Two Sicilies, Count of Syracuse (22 May 1813 – 4 December 1860) married Maria Vittoria of Savoy, but had no issue.
  6. Princess Maria Antonia of the Two Sicilies (19 December 1814 – 7 November 1898) married Leopold II, Grand Duke of Tuscany and had issue.
  7. Prince Antonio of the Two Sicilies, Count of Lecce (23 September 1816 – 12 January 1843) never married.
  8. Princess Maria Amalia of the Two Sicilies (25 February 1818 – 6 November 1857) married Infante Sebastian of Portugal and Spain, but had no issue.
  9. Princess Maria Carolina of the Two Sicilies (29 November 1820 – 14 January 1861) married Infante Carlos of Spain, Count of Montemolin, but had no issue.
  10. Teresa Cristina of the Two Sicilies (14 March 1822 - 28 December 1889) married Pedro II of Brazil and had issue.
  11. Prince Louis o the Two Sicilies, Count of Aquila (19 July 1824 – 5 March 1897) married Princess Januária of Brazil nae issue.
  12. Prince Francis of the Two Sicilies, Count of Trapani married Archduchess Maria Isabella of Austria and had issue.
