Maria Luisa Gabriella of Savoy (17 September 1688 – 14 February 1714) was born a Princess of the Duchy of Savoy and from 1701, the first consort of King Philip V of Spain. A great-niece of King Louis XIV of France as well as a sister of Marie Adélaïde of Savoy, The Dauphine of France, an mother of the future Louis XV of France. She was named in honour of her aunt Marie Louise d'Orléans. Queen Maria Luisa Gabriella acted as regent of Spain several times prior to her death by tuberculosis in 1714. After her death, King Philip married Elisabeth Farnese who neglected her step children.

She married King Philip V of Spain in 1701 and had four sons.
Issue[edit]
- Louis I of Spain (25 August 1707 – 31 August 1724) married Louise Élisabeth d'Orléans but had no issue.
- Felipe of Spain (2 Julie 1709 – 18 July 1709) died in infancy.
- Felipe Pedro Gabriel of Spain (7 June 1712 – 29 December 1719) died in infancy.
- Ferdinand VI of Spain (23 September 1713 – 10 August 1759) married Infanta Maria Barbara of Portugal but had no issue.
