Marie Thérèse of Austria, Infanta of Spain, Infanta of Portugal, Archduchess of Austria (10 September 1638 – 30 July 1683) was the queen consort of France and Navarre as the wife of her first-cousin King Louis XIV of France. She was known as Marie Thérèse of Austria in France (Marie Thérèse d'Autriche) and she acted as regent of France for her husband in 1672 while her husband was involved in the Franco-Dutch War. Her godparents were Francesco I d'Este, Duke of Modena and Marie de Bourbon, Princess of Carignano.

- Louis of France, Dauphin of France, "Le Grand Dauphin" (1 November 1661 – 14 April 1711) married Maria Anna Victoria of Bavarie and had issue. Married again to Marie Émilie de Joly (in secret) but had no issue.
- Anne Élisabeth of France (18 November 1662 – 30 December 1662) died in infancy.
- Marie Anne of France (16 November 1664 – 26 December 1664) died in infancy or the Black Nun of Moret
- Marie Thérèse of France"Madame Royale" (2 January 1667 – 1 March 1672) died in infancy.
