Marie de Bourbon (3 May 1606 – 3 June 1692) was the wife of Thomas Francis, Prince of Carignano, and thus a princess of Savoy by marriage. At the death of her brother in 1641, she became Countess of Soissons in her own right, passing the title down three generations of the House of Savoy. She was also godmother of Marie Thérèse of Austria, wife of Louis XIV.

Marie married Thomas Francis, Prince of Carignano on 14 April 1625 in Paris. The Prince of Carignano was a son of Charles Emmanuel I, Duke of Savoy and his wife Caterina Micaela of Austria, herself a daughter of King Philip II of Spain.
Issue[edit]
- Princess Cristine Charlotte of Savoy (1626) died young.
- Princess Louise of Savoy (1 August 1627 – 7 July 1689) married Ferdinand Maximilian, Hereditary Prince of Baden-Baden and had issue.
- Emmanuel Philibert, 2nd Prince of Carignano (20 August 1628 – 23 April 1709) married Maria Angela Caterina d'Este and had issue.
- Prince Amedeo of Savoy (1629) died young.
- Joseph Emmanuel, Count of Soissons (1631–1656) never married.
- Prince Ferdinand of Savoy (1637) died young.
- Prince Eugene Maurice, Count of Soissons 2 March 1635 – 6 June 1673) married Olympia Mancini and had issue.
