Prince Joseph Emmanuel of Savoy, Count of Soissons (24 June 1631 - 5 January 1656) was a member of the Carignano cadet branch of the House of Savoy. He inherited the title Count of Soissons from his mother and held the title till his death when it passed opn to his younger brother Prince Eugene Maurice.
