Princess Amalie of Hesse-Homburg (Hesse-Homburg; 29 June 1774 – 3 February 1846) was a member of the House of Hesse-Homburg and a Princess and Landgravine of Hesse-Homburg by birth. Through her marriage to Frederick, Hereditary Prince of Anhalt-Dessau, Amalie was also a member of the House of Ascania and Hereditary Princess of Anhalt-Dessau.

On 29 June 1774, she married Frederick, Hereditary Prince of Anhalt-Dessau.
Issue[edit]
- Princess Auguste of Anhalt-Dessau (18 August 1793 – 12 June 1854) married Frederick Günther, Prince of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt and had issue.
- Leopold IV, Duke of Anhalt (1 October 1794 – 22 May 1871) married Princess Friederike of Prussia and had issue.
- Prince George Bernhard of Anhalt-Dessau (21 February 1796 – 16 October 1865) married (1) Princess Karoline of Scharzburg-Rudolstadt and had issue. Married (2) Therese Emma von Erdmannsdorf and had issue.
- Prince Paul Christian of Anhalt-Dessau (22 March 1797 – 4 May 1797) died in infancy.
- Princess Luise of Anhalt-Dessau (1 March 1798 – 11 June 1858) married Gustav, Landgrave of Hesse-Homburg and had issue.
- Prince Friedrich August of Anhalt-Dessau (23 September 1799 – 4 December 1864) married Princess Marie Luise Charlotte of Hesse-Kassel and had issue.
- Wilhelm Waldemar of Anhalt-Dessau (29 May 1807 – 8 October 1864) married Emilie Klausnitzer morganatically.
