Princess Charlotte of Hesse-Kassel (20 November 1627 – 26 March 1686) was the discarded first consort of Charles I Louis, Elector Palatine who eventually married one of her ladies-in-waiting. Through her only daughter Elisabeth Charlotte, she is an ancestor of the present King Felipe VI of Spain.

On February 22 1650 Charlotte married Charles I Louis, Elector Palatine in Heidelberg.
Children[edit]
- Karl II, Elector Palatine (31 March 1651 – 26 May 1685) married Princess Wilhelmine Ernestine of Denmark but had no children.
- Princess Elisabeth Charlotte of the Palatinate (called Liselotte (27 May 1652 – 8 December 1722) married Philippe of France, Duke of Orléans and had children.
- Friedrich of the Palatinate (12 May 1653 – 13 May 1653)
