Princess Dorothea Wilhelmine of Saxe-Zeitz (20 March 1691 – 17 March 1743) was a princess of Saxe-Zeitz by birth and a princess of Hesse-Kassel by marriage.

On September 27, 1717, Princess Dorothea Wilhelmine married Prince Wilhelm of Hesse-Kassel in Zeitz.
