Princess Karoline of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (Karoline Irene Marie; 6 April 1809 - 29 March 1833) was a Princess of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt by birth and Hereditary Princess of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen by marriage.

First marriage

On 12 March 1827, Princess Karoline married her first cousin, Hereditary Prince Günther Friedrich Karl of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen in Rudolstadt.

1. Prince Günther Friedrich Karl Alexander of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen (1829–1833) died in childhood.
2. Princess Elisabeth Caroline Louise of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen (1829–1893) died unmarried.
3. Charles Gonthier, Prince of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen (1830–1909) married Princess Marie Gasparine of Saxe-Altenburg.
4. Prince Leopold of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen (1832–1906) died unmarried.
