Princess Lucia of the Two Sicilies (Lucia Maria Raniera; 9 July 1908 – 3 November 2001) was born a Princess o the Two Sicilies and was the Duchess of Genoa as a result o her 1938 marriage to Prince Eugenio o Savoy, Duke o Genoa. Her daughter Maria Isabella is the last surviving male-line descendant of the Genoa cadet branch of the House of Savoy.

Princess Lucia married Prince Eugenio of Savoy, Duke of Genoa on 29 October 1938 at the Nymphenburg Palace in Munich, Germany.

- Princess Maria Isabella of Savoy (born 23 June 1943) married Alberto Frioli, Count of Rezzano and had children.
