Princess Maria Antonietta of the Two Sicilies (Maria Antonietta Giuseppina Leopoldina; 16 March 1851 – 12 September 1938) was born a Princess of the Two Sicilies. She married a cousin, Prince Alfonso, Count of Caserta, who was later a claimant to the defunct throne of the Two Sicilies making her queen consort of the Two Sicuilies in pretence from December 1894 till May 1934.

  4. Princess Maria Immaculata of the Two Sicilies (30 October 1874 – 28 November 1947) married Prince Johann Georg o Saxony but had no children.
