Günther Sizzo, Prince of SchwarzburgTemplate:Need-IPA (3 June 1860 – 24 March 1926) was the head of the House of Schwarzburg and pretender to the principalities of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt and Schwarzburg-Sondershausen.

On 25 January 1897, he married Princess Alexandra of Anhalt.

- Princess Marie Antoinette of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt 7 February 1898 – 4 November 1984) married Friedrich Magnus V, Count of Solms-Wildenfels and had issue.
- Princess Irene of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (1899–1939)
- Prince Friedrich Günther of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (5 March 1901 – 9 November 1971) married ||Princess Sophie of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach but had no issue.
