Princess Sophie Wilhelmine of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld (9 August 1693, – 4 December 1727) was a Princess of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld by birth, and Princess of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt by marriage.

On 8 February 1720 in Saalfeld, Sophie Wilhelmine married Frederick Anton, Prince of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt.

- John Frederick, Prince of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (8 January 1721 – 10 July 1767) married Bernardina Christina Sophia of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach.
- Princess Sophie Wilhelmine of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (1723) died shortly after birth.
- Princess Sophie Albertine of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (1724–1799) died unmarried.
