Vittoria della Rovere (7 February 1622 – 5 March 1694) was Grand Duchess o Tuscany as the wife of her cousin Grand Duke Ferdinando II of Tuscany. She had four children with her husband and was the heiress to the Rovere art collection which she inherited when her father passed away. As a result most of her inheritance is on display within Florence's Palazzo Pitti and the Uffizi. Upon her death the House of Rovere went extinct.

- Cosimo III de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany (14 August 1642 – 31 October 1723), married Marguerite Louise d'Orléans and had children.
- Francesco Maria de' Medici (Duke of Rovere and Montefeltro) (12 November 1660 – 3 February 1711) married Eleonora Luisa Gonzaga but had no children.
